We'll start this one a little later to allow the 40 Year Flood waters to recede a bit, and the temps to thaw out...
A basic road ride from downtown Elk Rapids, around the south end of Torch Lake to Alden and back. See the RwGPS trace for a couple deviations from the typical "RAT route". Opportunities for restroom breaks at Torch River and Alden park. A climb on Cherry Ave on the way out, and the classic camel humps on Western on the return leg, but overall should be smooth sailing...
Shoot for a Goldilocks pace - not too slow, not too fast. This is a NO DROP ride, and we'll regroup as necessary so nobody gets left behind.
