This tasty annual event features fresh Michigan strawberries over local shortcake with real whipped cream.
Distance is 31 miles with a longer 41 mile option available.
Both distances use the RAT route from Elk Rapids by going south of Torch Lake with shorter route going directly to the Alden RR Depot (and not beyond Alden) while the 41-mile version continues following the RAT 40-mile loop along the Clam River before returning to Alden for Strawberry Shortcake, bring $$
