Bike counter-clockwise around South Lake Leelanau.  Scenic Lake Leelanau Drive, French Road, and Philosopher's Hill.  1,800' of ups and downs.

Head out Cherry Bend Road and go up the east side of South Lake Leelanau.  Take a break at the Lake Leelanau boat launch, or possible coffee stop at Pedaling Beans for those who want a longer break.  Then we'll climb French Road and ride the rollers into Cedar.  2nd short break there if needed.  Last section is the 4 mile gradual climb on Philosopher's Hill.  A map will be provided at the start.

Distance: 41 miles
Pace:  15-17 mph
Terrain: Typical Leelanau County hills and vistas.
